General Policies
This ticket is a revocable license, and the holder may have admission refused without cause upon refunding the purchase price. The holder of this ticket voluntarily acknowledges and assumes all risk and danger incidental to the venue and the event for which this ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event. Such risks may include, but are not limited to, possible personal injury or illness caused by physical and/or airborne viruses that may exist within the venue. By attending this event, the ticket holder grans consent for the presenting organization to use his/her photo or video image for marketing or promotional purposes. The use of photographic or recording devices during the vent is strictly forbidden. Times, artists, and events are subject to change without prior notice. Latecomers will be seated at a time deemed appropriate by the venue staff that respects the guest artists and other event considerations. Anyone entering the event venue must have a ticket. Ticket exchanges subject to venue box office policies. Horizon Hillside Theatre Company, a ministry of Horizon Christian Fellowship of Morgan County, is the only authorized ticket vendor for events occurring at the respective venues.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Horizon Hillside Theatre Company). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
